Grilled Shrimp

 

Marinate raw shrimp in Italian dressing for one hour.

Wrap shrimp in basil leaf, then in a single slice of prosciutto.  Place shrimp on skewers alternating with grape tomatoes.  Grill until shrimp are pink in color.  Use FRESH Italian dressing to brush over shrimp while cooking.

 

Grapefruit Cooler

 

For one pitcher use the juice of 3 pink grapefruit.

Mix with sugar to taste and about ½ bottle of sparkling water.

Mix well and enjoy.

 

Honey French Salad Dressing for Salad or to use on Pork

 

1-cup Mayo

½ cup White balsamic vinegar

Mix well.

2 Tbsp. Honey Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. Honey

1 tsp. Tarragon

Mix well.
