 In honor of St. Patrick's Day

Smoked salmon

With capers, lemon, oil, pepper and beet horseradish cream.

Garnished with Arugula

Served with toasted Irish soda bread

 

Fr. Paul’s Chicken Wing Dipping Sauce for Fish

In a bowl add:

2 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese

½ cup Sour cream

½ cup mayo

½ tsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Cloves

1 tsp. Garlic powder

Pinch of salt

Stir well.

 

Boston Cod fish with Chicken Wing dip 

1-pound cod cut into 3/4-inch wide strips

Role in Panko Bread Crumbs

Coat in egg wash then role in breadcrumbs again.

Fry in oil till cooked -- just a few minutes. I
