Five Minute Fudge at St. Louis Parish

"Our Daily Bread" airs every second Saturday at noon on WKBW Ch. 7

 

Chris’ Five-Minute Fudge

1 2/3 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of evaporated milk
˝ tsp. salt
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes – stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add:
1 ˝ cups of mini marshmallows
1 ˝ cups of chocolate chips
˝ chopped pecans
Stir until chips and marshmallows melt.  Then pour into a well buttered 9 inch pan.  Cool and cut into squares.
