Sarah’s Bisquick Apple Pie

2 ˝ cups bisquick
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Mix together to form a soft ball.  Press this crust on the bottom of and up the sides of a pie plate. Add 2 cans of apple pie filling.  Sprinkle about 2 tbsp. of sugar on top of the pie filling.  Then top with a crumble topping.  Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.

 

Crumble Topping

1 stick butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Mix until crumbs form.

 

Claire’s Zesty Chicken

Cook a 4 pound chicken in the oven at 375* for 3o minutes.  Remove from oven and pour over the sauce.

Sauce

4 cans tomato soup
4 tbsp. oregano
4 tbsp. basil
4 tbsp. Vinegar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
Pour over chicken.  Return to oven and cook 30 more minutes.
